We carry out all production domestically, from cutting, processing, sewing, and finishing.

Q. How do I specify an engraved strap?

After selecting "Engraving (+700 yen)" near the cart, a box for entering text will appear.
Enter the desired text and add it to your cart. (Approximately 22 half-width characters or 8 full-width characters)

Q: Can I set up a gift?

Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping or gift tags.
However, the product will be carefully packed in a special package as shown in the image.

Q: How long will it take to ship?

Depending on stock availability and the contents of your order, we aim to ship your order within 1-3 business days.
We aim to ship same day whenever possible, regardless of whether you have an engraved strap or not.
Additionally, NONINA does not keep a large amount of inventory, but instead produces and ships only the amount needed for each order.
Therefore, depending on the timing, collection may be delayed until the next business day or later.
